Zone Smoothie:
one cup milk
one cup strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries
2 scoops zone protein powder and 9 almonds
Blend and drink its so good im addicted :)

One thing....ya gotta take your own snacks to work or it's so hard. Protein bars also come in handy for a quick snack or even a meal replacement if you have to. The Zone bars sold on the Zone.com are the best because they are perfectly balanced...but they are a little pricey. Find one that is pretty equal in Protien carbs and fat for about 2 blocks.
