The 48 hr post wod soreness from "Angie" is kicking in.....Ayyyyy! The row and the squats actually felt good today though. Make sure to stretch today everyone and ice massages if you're REALLY SORE!
Everyone must be sore from yesterday. We will see you tomorrow. I will be going in to do Angie tonight. I have a nervous stomach already.
