Is it just me, or is there anybody else out there that can't make their legs work properly this morning?!?!
And then the trainers go and give us box jumps and cleans. Oh well, "suck it up buttercup!"

Mandy you could easily do the crossfit challange... Think about how awesome you will feel after you do it... It will be an amazing accomplishment.. I promise you that.... I'm scared to death and its only Decemeber but, I know we could all do it... Who cares if we don't win it, just saying that we did it is awesome..
REMEMBER- MOST PEOPLE DON'T ENTER A MARATHON OR TRI-ATHALON THINKING THEY ARE GOING TO WIN. THEY DO IT FOR THE EXPERIENCE. THAT IS WHAT THE CF WINTER CHALLENGE IS ALL ABOUT.
Yes, my legs are sore. I'm at work at the hospital today and I'm walking around funny I keep stopping to stretch them. I don't even get funny looks anymore, my co-workers know I Crossfit, I'm always sore somewhere. :) I was teaching someone to squat correctly in the NICU the other day, that was pretty funny.
Whoever signs up for the Winter CF Challenge gets a free Viking CF T-shirt! There will be a lot of us there to support you and cheer you on.
My body is sooo tired from yesterday and todays work out. I have to say I am pretty excited. Jason had me do HSPU on the wall. Never have done them before. Jason had ahold of one of my legs for support etc. But he said I was pretty much doing them on my own. Never in a million years did I think I would be able to do them. See Crossfit works!
Great WOD today Jason it was just what I needed nice and short. My legs sure are sore though. I had a lot of people do handstand push-ups that wouldn't normally do it. Everyone that tried it during the WOD did really awesome. I love seeing people go beyond their perceived limits and be successful.
