As always today was another great workout. Loved it. I could have gone up in weight and did what the other ladies did tonight but I was lazy. I haven't been in the gym all week except for yesterday and you can really tell a difference in your performance when you haven't worked out in a while.

Very good workout today. I definitelt need to work on my sit ups. Got the Army fitness test in April so it will be nice to see how much I improve because of CrossFit.
