Sorry we had to cancel the 0730 class. I got called in to work at the hospital tomorrow so that leaves Jason to get the kids off to school. He will be there for the 0830,0930 5pm and 6pm. Have fun!

So I'm liking these "new" WOD formats that we have been doing lately. Throwing in additional stuff on top of the regular posted WOD (i.e. PJ 3x3 plus the WOD) is a nice change up.

My hands are definitely happy for the rest from pull ups or knees-to-elbows.

ummmm, funny story last night I decided to weigh myself. I stepped on the scale and thought no this can't be right. So I started to move it in different places in the room. It read the same thing. I have lost 6# not including the inches we checked out the other day. hee hee Just wanted to share. I just love Crossfit and the Zone.

Did the WOD with the 9:30 group. I didnt want to do this wod since my legs are super sore and SDHP are a weakness for me. I came in because I figured it would be good to work on a weakness but the main reason was I have alot of work to do to get back up to Blakes level. How does it feel Blake to know you have a target on your back? :) Good to be back at the gym. Having people to cheer you on and the friendly competition have a big impact on the intensity level you are able to achieve.
