Like I've said before... I go to Viking CrossFit to workout. Gold's Gym is where I relax in the hot tub, do yoga, and take a slow walk on the treadmills.
Oh and I go for the entertainment of watching the "meatheads" who will watch themselves in the mirror when they bicep curl. I can call them meatheads because I was once one.
