I'm so regretting hitting that 400lbs deadlift PR. This one is going to hurt... for the rest of the week.

Go lighter if you need to Wade. Don't kill yourself on this one. That goes for all you pipe hitters who love to go heavy!

A pipe hitter would be a firebreather someone that is a real go getter. So basically its describing you Blake.
By the way did the WOD this morning and finished in 2:50 something with 165#. It was a fun WOD that really worked your grip. On this WOD try and go through all of your pull-ups and deadlifts without stopping. Anyway have a great workout.

To answer the last question look in the dictionary under firebreather there should be a picture of Blake.

A firebreather is someone who blows fire out of their mouth. A babysitter is someone who sits on babies. A pipe hitter is someone who hits pipes. Need I say more?

"Pipe Hitters" are also Crossfit trainers who hit people with 1" pvc pipe to motivate them to keep going. Also useful for motivation to get in the mood to do a muscle up. I've often offered it as a training technique, but haven't had any takers yet.
This was a fast fun WOD today, and everyone did awesome pushing through it. See some of you in the morning.
BTW, I saw Murph on the main site, wouldn't that be a fun one to do soon?
