You will do as many thrusters as you can do until you cannot do any more, that will be your max. Then you will move to double unders. Then on to your max of ring dips, and so on and so forth.

This one was a tough one. The double unders made it that much harder,since they make you so tired. It was a good one though. But I'm glad it over with.

This wod was so frustrating! I got a lot lower reps then I thought I would on all the movements. Phew. I'm glad it's over too. ;)

Ok I needed that but it really was hard. I haven't worked that hard in a WOD in a while. It took me a while to recover. I want to thank everyone for the effort they put in today. It really made me push harder in the WOD. I definitely gave me a goal to work towards. That made me feel like I just finished FRAN errrr...

Speaking of Fran I have a feeling that will be coming up pretty soon.
