For Natalie...It was TOUGH! This was "wrist" heavy stuff for me so I had to be very deliberate with my movements. I was pretty slow, around 13:30 or so. Those dang medball cleans just gas me so when I moved over to the K2E's I was in trouble. Certain combinations of exercises just kill me more than others. This was one of those. Alexis made it to an earlier session and did as much as she could before getting light headed. She's hanging in there, though. We both went on Saturdays session. Very tough, too, but was rewarding. All for now...

So, Jim, I guess you're saying I'm slow as well, because my time was 13:23. Thanks a lot. I did have to stop and rest a few times (even with Jason yelling at me). I didn't think I was going slow, but yeah, I guess I was. I did do the toes to bar instead of the knees to elbows. I was all about doing 9 instead of 14.

And, yikes, I didn't even make it a day without sugar. Rats! How long were we supposed to last?

Mandy, I've got my DP in hand as I type, and I already read the blog. Somebody stop me!! Well, there's always tomorrow.

No offense, Amanda. I was "slower" than normal because I was doing modified ring dips. When my wrist was better I could do strict. I should have been quicker with the easier version (or so I thought). But as I mentioned earlier, the medball cleans got me. I don't know why, but those just kill me. For some reason I just wasn't "feeling it" today. There's always tomorrow...
