Ok everyone...Jason and I are leaving tomorrow for Hawaii! I know, I know, life is rough. But we are looking forward to a much needed vacation. Everyone have fun and train hard while we are gone. We will miss you all. We will be thinking of you all while we are sippin' pina coloda's on the beach. :) Can't wait to do some burpee's in the sand!! ALOHA!

P.S... Erick and Cody, I hope your moves into your new places are going well.

Really good work out today!!! I liked it a lot, it is amazing how hard 4,3,2, and then 1 thruster can get..... It always suck to get beat by your wife on a work out too, not that it happened or anything though!

I saw your time Dez. You did awesome!! I wasn't going to come today but I kept feeling guilty that the only reason why I wasn't going to come was because I didn't want to do the workout. I ended up coming and doing the killer workout. My time was crappy but I'm glad I came and did it. I didn't do the thrusters because of my knee, so I replaced it with squats on the box and 45# puss press and the rest was the same. My time was 22:54.
