When I first saw this WOD, I saw med ball cleans but my brain registered wall balls. My first thought was that trainers are so evil putting two of the worse exercises ever invented into one WOD and make us do a lot of each.

Then I was a little happier when I realize they were med ball cleans.

This is the type of WOD that makes me realize that I have a love/hate relationship with Crossfit. Burpees are my worst nightmare, but when your finished you feel so good.

Mark, I agree! This wod was tough while doing it, but after I felt so good. In fact, the burpee's felt like a rest, the med balls were killing me today. Thanks for posting Mark, I wish more of you would start commenting too. :)

Spencer....rumor is that you are going to sign up for sectionals????? AWESOME! Make sure to sign up asap to reserve your spot. Who Else????? We haven't heard many of you express much interest in competing in the sectionals this year. Please let us know if you are thinking about it, many of you would do really well. If not this year, we will get you ready for next year!

I just got the $3.00 and some change one. It was hot pink. :) They had other colors also. Plus white.

In years past you don't run up the stairs together. You can sign up as a team and you will start one after another with a break between each person. Seems like it was about a fifteen second span between each person when the firefighters went.

Yesterday I finally told myself after seeing what this WOD was that I was gonna take a rest day. Not!!!! I just had to challenge myself with this one. I felt really good at first and thought oh man this will be easier then I thought. Towards end I was like oh man I am gonna die. But I loved it. The group pushed me through this one. Thanks everyone!!! Time 18:34
