Watch this video of Natalie Woolfolk doing snatches and Clean and Jerks. Watch her form on her jerks, we will be teaching you some of these techniques today. Also note how she takes that big breath before any of that weight moves. She is amazing!

We're moving on to bigger and better things at the new gym. We had some great times and some great workouts at this gym. We are all going to miss the Pukie wall, but I'm sure no one will miss the bathrooms :) Thanks to all of you who have been with us since the beginning and thank you to all of our new clients who have just joined us. You inspire us trainers everyday with your hard work and perseverance. You are all amazing! Get ready to sweat and work hard at the new place. The address is 1799 North State Street Orem. (Next to Hansen Mountaineering). We are still working on the gym but we are ready to start doing wods there. We will see you all there Monday! 3...2...1...GO!

Welcome to all the new people who have come in the past 2 weeks. It's nice to have you at our gym! Remember: Tomorrow 8:00 am is a Basic Movements class. This is for all new clients who have not been through the class yet. If you are not a member of the gym yet, but are planning on signing up, you can sign up today or tomorrow before the class then you will be able to attend the Basic Movement class. This class must be taken by all new members. We will see a lot of you there!

REST DAY
You will start seeing a rest day posted on a weekday now, which could be on any day of the week. The rest day will rotate due to the trainer's schedules at the Fire station. There will still be 5 days of the week you will be able to train. Check the schedule the first of the week so you can arrange your training days. Also, coming soon..... Everyone will need to sign-up for the classes they want to attend. This will help keep class sizes from getting too big and help the trainer's see who is coming to which class times. We will also be changing our payment system. We will let you know when these changes will take place. Don't worry...change is good! These changes are to help make things easier for everyone. :)
